SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Please Note: Customers will be responsible for the payment of any customs tax, processing and transaction fees on their order(s). If you have questions regarding duty fees on a product you may contact our customer service.
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with Tracking information.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. When you enter the address during checkout, you will see a list of the countries that we ship to. If your country is not on the list, we cannot currently ship orders there. From time to time, we may add or remove countries so you can always check back to see if your country is listed. If you do not see your country on the list, you can contact us and ask when shipping to your country may be available.
How long will it take to receive my shipment?
After your order is placed, we will require 2 to 5 business days to process, pack and dispatch your items. We do not ship on weekends or US/UK public holidays. Once your order is in transit, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Rest of the World Standard Shipping: 10-20 Working Days
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, because all our items are printed on demand, we only accept returns if the item received is faulty, damaged or not as expected. In this case, we would require a photo of the received goods and we will do our best to solve it. We will contact you by email to confirm whether the order can be returned or not. Please note you must cover all return costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note you must cover all return costs.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
