REFUND POLICY
At Celyn Haf Store and with our service partner open management – we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our merchandise. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward and customer-friendly return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please read the following return policy guidelines carefully:

- Eligibility for Returns:
- You may initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of delivery for any merchandise purchased from our store. Please, contact our support team for the return's approval.
- To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- All POD items are custom-made to order, meaning they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part.
- Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original state.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at (hello@celynhaf.com) within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, photo of the damaged/defective item and thedescription of the issue.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.
- Pack the merchandise securely in its original packaging or a suitable box to avoid damage during transit.
- Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support team. The return shipping cost may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or defective item).
- Note that you need to cover the shipping cost.
- Refund or Exchange:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days from the date of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- If you prefer an exchange, we will provide details on how to proceed, subject to availability.
